  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • Telephone or mobile number
  • One of:
    • Australian Business Number (ABN)
    • Date of Birth
    • Residential or business street address

This information is necessary for us to be able to identify your tax account to enable us to investigate the dispute. If you are not comfortable providing these details, we regret that we are unable to investigate the matter that you raise with us.
